Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delivery delays that are beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom orders and final sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
